Pili-Pick© reserves the right to withdraw or change services without notice.   We may also limit features and services or the entire service without notice or obligation. Please check this page regularly for changes.

Sales Order


No contract of sale between shopper and Pili-Pick© is made until an Acceptance E-mail is issued/received.

Each shopper will receive two (2) e-mail notifications from Pili-Pick©, the Order Acknowledgment       

E-mail and Acceptance E-mail. 

Any product/s which we have not confirmed in an Acceptance E-mail do not form part of that contract. 

Please note that only items included in the e-mail at the time of delivery will be included in the contract.

All items at the site are guaranteed authentic, brand new and in the best condition. We made our best effort to display the colors accurately but the images from your device’s display of colors may vary.  All sales are final.  No return. No exchange. No refund.  

Our shoppers' safety is very important to us.  All orders are processed, prepared and well packaged in accordance with the safety procedures due to the  current health situation.    



Order Processing and Payment


To place an order,  please contact us via Order Form (located at the right panel of each item).  In the Order Form, provide the item description  (ie. Crossbody Bag | ARMANI EXCHANGE) along with your full name, active contact number, and complete delivery address. We will not entertain e-mails with incomplete details.

Upon Receipt of your e-mail, Pili-Pick© will send an Acknowledgement E-mail that we received your order and are awaiting your payment.  This e-mail  does not constitute the finalization of your order and is not binding to any shopper and Pili-Pick© until full payment is received.  Please respond to us on the same day within business hours or we will disregard your order inquiry.

Make sure to check the  details (item) before submitting the form to confirm purchase.

Payment for order/s must be made only via Maya (formerly PayMaya).  Pili-Pick© will send you a generated QR code set only for your order item. Please send Pili-Pick© a screenshot of completed transaction details made via Maya for confirmation.    

Upon Receipt of your payment, we will send you an Acceptance E-mail that will determine that a sales contract is created and that your full payment has been received, and that your order is to be shipped to your complete delivery address. 

All sales are final.  

Delivery
 

Your order will be delivered only to the location provided on the site Order Form.  

Delivery.  We deliver orders via GrabExpress, except holidays, to the following areas: 

  • Two (2) to Three (3) days:  Marikina, Pasig, Quezon City, and Rizal 
  • Five (5) to Seven (7) days: Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela 

Shipping Fee.  Minimum PHP 100. 

Multiple orders.  Pili-Pick© will charge one (1) delivery fee when you place orders on the same day.

Delay.  In the event that we are unable to meet the original estimated delivery time in the Acceptance    E-mail due to delays caused by seasonal, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you of this as soon as possible.  We will inform you of a new estimated delivery time. 

Verification.  Please present a valid ID with photo and signature for verification upon delivery.  If not present, an authorized person must provide an authorization letter from the shopper with a valid ID.

Data Privacy

Shopper's collected information is confidential and protected; and is used for shipping purposes only.
